¹⁰ “Thus says the Lord, ‘Yet again there will be heard in this place, of which you say, “It is a ^(A)waste, without man and without beast,” that is, in the cities of Judah and in the streets of Jerusalem that are ^(B)desolate, without man and without inhabitant and without beast,

²² So the Lord was ^(A)no longer able to endure it, ^(B)because of the evil of your deeds, because of the abominations which you have committed; thus your land has become a ^(C)ruin, an object of horror and a curse, without an inhabitant, as it is this day.
