⁴ For thus says the Lord God of Israel concerning the ^(A)houses of this city, and concerning the houses of the kings of Judah which are broken down to make a defense against the ^(B)siege ramps and against the sword,

²² Into his right hand came the divination, ‘Jerusalem,’ to ^(A)set battering rams, to open the mouth ^[a]for slaughter, to lift up the voice with a battle cry, to set battering rams against the gates, to cast up ramps, to build a siege wall.
