Then Jeremiah called Baruch the son of Neriah, and Baruch wrote from the mouth of Jeremiah all the words of Yahweh that he had spoken to him on a scroll.[a] And Jeremiah instructed Baruch, saying,[b] “I am held back, I am not able to enter the temple of Yahweh. So you must go and you shall read aloud from the scroll that you have written from my mouth the words of Yahweh in the hearing of the people in the temple of Yahweh on a day of fast, and also you shall read aloud in the hearing of all those of Judah who came from their towns.

So Jeremiah called Baruch(A) son of Neriah,(B) and while Jeremiah dictated(C) all the words the Lord had spoken to him, Baruch wrote them on the scroll.(D) Then Jeremiah told Baruch, “I am restricted; I am not allowed to go to the Lord’s temple. So you go to the house of the Lord on a day of fasting(E) and read to the people from the scroll the words of the Lord that you wrote as I dictated.(F) Read them to all the people of Judah(G) who come in from their towns.
