Jeremiah 44:22-24

22 The Lord can no longer bear your evil deeds and the detestable acts you have committed,(A) so your land has become a waste, a desolation, and an example for cursing, without inhabitant, as you see today. 23 Because you burned incense and sinned against the Lord and didn’t obey the Lord(B) and didn’t follow his instruction, his statutes, and his testimonies, this disaster has come to you, as you see today.”
24 Then Jeremiah said to all the people, including all the women, “Hear the word of the Lord, all you people of Judah who are in the land of Egypt.(C)

New International Version
22 When the Lord could no longer endure(A) your wicked actions and the detestable things you did, your land became a curse(B) and a desolate waste(C) without inhabitants, as it is today.(D) 23 Because you have burned incense and have sinned against the Lord and have not obeyed him or followed(E) his law or his decrees(F) or his stipulations, this disaster(G) has come upon you, as you now see.”(H)
