To make the land of Babylon

30 The (C)mighty men of Babylon have ceased fighting;
They inhabit the strongholds;

They are becoming (E)like women;
Their dwelling places are set on fire;
The (F)bars of her gates are broken.
31 One (G)runner runs to meet [b]another,
And one (H)messenger to meet [c]another,
To give a message to the king of Babylon
That his city has been captured from end to end;
