¹³ Now, because you have done all these things—this is the Lord’s declaration—and because I have spoken to you time and time again^[a] but you wouldn’t listen,^(A) and I have called to you, but you wouldn’t answer,^(B)

²⁵ Since the day your ancestors came out of the land of Egypt until today, I have sent all my servants the prophets^(A) to you time and time again.^[a](B)

⁷ For I strongly warned your ancestors when I brought them out of the land of Egypt until today, warning them time and time again,^[a](A) ‘Obey me.’

³ “From the thirteenth year of Josiah son of Amon,^(A) king of Judah, until this very day—twenty-three years—the word of the Lord has come to me, and I have spoken to you time and time again,^[a](B) but you have not obeyed.

⁵ and by listening to the words of my servants the prophets^(A)—whom I have been sending to you time and time again,^[a](B) though you did not listen—
