¹⁴ Then the Lord said to me, “The ^(A)prophets are prophesying falsehood in My name. ^(B)I have neither sent them nor commanded them, nor spoken to them; they are prophesying to you a ^(C)false vision, divination, futility, and the deception of their own ^[a]minds.

¹⁰ For they are prophesying a ^(A)lie to you in order to ^(B)remove you far from your land; and I will drive you away and you will perish.

¹⁵ Then Jeremiah the prophet said to Hananiah the prophet, “Listen now, Hananiah: the Lord has not sent you, and ^(A)you have made this people trust in a lie.
