² “Take a ^[a](A)scroll and write on it all the ^(B)words which I have spoken to you concerning ^(C)Israel, Judah, and all the ^(D)nations, from the ^(E)day I first spoke to you, from the days of Josiah, even to this day.

⁷ But you shall ^(A)speak My words to them ^(B)whether they listen or ^[a]not, for they are rebellious.

⁸ “Now you, son of man, listen to what I am speaking to you; do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth wide and ^(C)eat what I am giving you.” ⁹ Then I looked, and behold, a ^(D)hand was extended to me; and behold, a ^[b](E)scroll was in it. ¹⁰ When He spread it out before me, it was written on the front and back, and written on it were songs of mourning, sighing, and ^(F)woe.
