Legacy Standard Bible

15 Behold, He (A)restrains the waters, and they dry up;
And He (B)sends them out, and they overturn the earth.
16 With Him are strength and sound wisdom;
The (C)misled and the misleader belong to Him.
17 He makes (D)counselors walk [a]barefoot
And makes fools of (E)judges.
