²² He reveals the deep things of darkness^(A)
    and brings utter darkness^(B) into the light.^(C)
23 He makes nations great, and destroys them;^(D)
    he enlarges nations,^(E) and disperses them.^(F)
24 He deprives the leaders of the earth of their reason;^(G)
    he makes them wander in a trackless waste.^(H)
