12 Men [a]cry out of the city, and the souls of the slain [b]cry out: yet God [c]doth not charge them with folly.

13 These are they that abhor the [d]light: they know not the ways thereof, nor continue in the paths thereof.

14 The murderer riseth early, and killeth the poor and the needy: and in the night he is as a thief.
