    my adversary^(B) like the unjust!

¹⁰ All my enemies will be overwhelmed with shame and anguish;^(A)
    they will turn back and suddenly be put to shame.^(B)

²⁶ May all who gloat^(A) over my distress^(B)
    be put to shame^(C) and confusion;
may all who exalt themselves over me^(D)
    be clothed with shame and disgrace.

⁷ but you give us victory^(A) over our enemies,
    you put our adversaries to shame.^(B)
