³¹My lyre is used for mourning
and my flute for the sound of weeping.^(A)

³¹My lyre is tuned to mourning,^(A)
and my pipe^(B) to the sound of wailing.

³¹My harp also is turned to mourning, and my organ into the voice of them that weep.

¹³I will put an end to the noise of your songs,^(A) and the sound of your lyres will no longer be heard.

¹³I will put an end^(A) to your noisy songs,^(B) and the music of your harps^(C) will be heard no more.^(D)

¹³And I will cause the noise of thy songs to cease; and the sound of thy harps shall be no more heard.
