²⁹Can anyone understand ^(A)the spreading of the clouds,
the thunderings of his ^(B)pavilion?

²⁹Who can understand how he spreads out the clouds,
how he thunders^(A) from his pavilion?^(B)

²⁹Also can any understand the spreadings of the clouds, or the noise of his tabernacle?

²^(A)Clouds and thick darkness are all around him;
^(B)righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.

²Clouds^(A) and thick darkness^(B) surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.^(C)

²Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.
