    with words without knowledge?^(B)

³ You asked, ‘Who is this that obscures my plans without knowledge?’^(A)
    Surely I spoke of things I did not understand,
    things too wonderful for me to know.^(B)

¹¹ But the plans of the Lord stand firm^(A) forever,
    the purposes^(B) of his heart through all generations.

¹³ But they soon forgot^(A) what he had done
    and did not wait for his plan to unfold.^(B)

¹¹ because they rebelled^(A) against God’s commands
    and despised^(B) the plans^(C) of the Most High.
