¹²If he snatches away, who can stop him?^(A)
Who can say to him, ‘What are you doing?’^(B)

¹³But he is unchangeable,^[a] and ^(A)who can turn him back?
What he ^(B)desires, that he does.

¹³“But he stands alone, and who can oppose him?^(A)
He does whatever he pleases.^(B)
