² Covering Yourself with ^(A)light as with a cloak,
^(B)Stretching out heaven like a tent curtain.

“I, the Lord, am the maker of all things,
^(C)Stretching out the heavens by Myself
And spreading out the earth ^[a]alone,

¹² It is I who ^(A)made the earth, and created mankind upon it.
I ^(B)stretched out the heavens with My hands,
And I ^[a]ordained ^(C)all their ^[b]lights.

¹² It is ^(A)He who made the earth by His power,
Who ^(B)established the world by His wisdom;
And by His understanding He has ^(C)stretched out the heavens.
