¹² It is unthinkable that God would do wrong,^(A)
    that the Almighty would pervert justice.^(B)

⁴ He is the Rock,^(A) his works are perfect,^(B)
    and all his ways are just.
A faithful God^(C) who does no wrong,
    upright^(D) and just is he.^(E)

³ Does God pervert justice?^(A)
    Does the Almighty pervert what is right?^(B)

²³ Who has prescribed his ways^(A) for him,^(B)
    or said to him, ‘You have done wrong’?^(C)

¹⁵ proclaiming, “The Lord is upright;
    he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.^(A)”
