19 Egypt will become a desolation,
And Edom will become a desolate wilderness,
Because of the (A)violence [a]done to the sons of Judah,
In whose land they have shed innocent blood.
20 But Judah will be (B)inhabited forever
And Jerusalem from generation to generation.
21 And I will (C)avenge their blood which I have not avenged,
Indeed, Yahweh dwells in Zion.
