John 11:9-11
New Matthew Bible
9 Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If a man walks in the day, he does not stumble, because he sees the light of this world. 10 But if a man walks in the night, he stumbles, because there is no light in him.
11 This he said, and after that he said to them, Our friend Lazarus sleeps, but I go to wake him out of sleep.

9 Jesus answered, “Are there not twelve hours of daylight? Anyone who walks in the daytime will not stumble, for they see by this world’s light.(A) 10 It is when a person walks at night that they stumble, for they have no light.”
11 After he had said this, he went on to tell them, “Our friend(B) Lazarus has fallen asleep;(C) but I am going there to wake him up.”
