22 Judas (not Iscariot) said to him, “Lord, why[a] is it that you are going to reveal yourself to us and not to the world?” 23 Jesus answered and said to him, “If anyone loves me he will keep my word, and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and will take up residence with him.[b] 24 The one who does not love me does not keep my words, and the word that you hear is not mine, but the Father’s who sent me.

23 Jesus replied, “Anyone who loves me will obey my teaching.(C) My Father will love them, and we will come to them and make our home with them.(D) 24 Anyone who does not love me will not obey my teaching. These words you hear are not my own; they belong to the Father who sent me.(E)
