⁴And whither I go, ye know, and ye know the way.

⁵Thomas saith to him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest, and how be we able to know the way [and how may we know the way]?

⁶Jesus saith to him, I am way, truth, and life; no man cometh to the Father, but by me.

John 14:4-6

New International Version

⁴You know the way to the place where I am going.”

⁵Thomas^(A) said to him, “Lord, we don’t know where you are going, so how can we know the way?”

⁶Jesus answered, “I am^(B) the way^(C) and the truth^(D) and the life.^(E) No one comes to the Father except through me.^(F)
