John 19:26-28

26 Therefore when Jesus saw his mother, and the disciple whom he loved standing there, he said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” 27 Then he said to the disciple, “Behold, your mother!” From that hour, the disciple took her to his own home.
28 After this, Jesus, seeing[a] that all things were now finished, that the Scripture might be fulfilled, said, “I am thirsty.”

New International Version
26 When Jesus saw his mother(A) there, and the disciple whom he loved(B) standing nearby, he said to her, “Woman,[a] here is your son,” 27 and to the disciple, “Here is your mother.” From that time on, this disciple took her into his home.

28 Later, knowing that everything had now been finished,(D) and so that Scripture would be fulfilled,(E) Jesus said, “I am thirsty.”
