⁵³ So the father knew that it was at that hour in which Jesus said to him, “Your son is alive”; and he himself believed, and ^(A)his entire household.

² a devout man and ^(A)one who feared God with all his household, and ^(B)made many charitable contributions to the Jewish people and prayed to God continually.

¹⁵ Now when she and ^(A)her household had been baptized, she urged us, saying, “If you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house and stay.” And she prevailed upon us.

The Jailer Converted

³¹ They said, “^(A)Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved, you and ^(B)your household.” ³² And they spoke the word of God to him together with all who were in his house. ³³ And he took them ^(C)that very hour of the night and washed their wounds, and immediately he was baptized, he and all his household. ³⁴ And he brought them into his house and set ^[a]food before them, and was ^[b]overjoyed, since he had become a believer in God together with ^(D)his whole household.

^8 (A)Crispus, ^(B)the leader of the synagogue, believed in the Lord ^(C)together with his entire household; and many of the ^(D)Corinthians, as they listened to Paul, were believing and being baptized.
