37 The Father who sent me—he is the one who has testified about me. You have never heard his voice or seen his form. 38 And you do not have his word remaining in you, because you do not believe the one he sent. 39 You search the Scriptures because you think you have eternal life in them. They testify about me!

37 And the Father who sent me has himself testified concerning me.(A) You have never heard his voice nor seen his form,(B) 38 nor does his word dwell in you,(C) for you do not believe(D) the one he sent.(E) 39 You study[a] the Scriptures(F) diligently because you think that in them you have eternal life.(G) These are the very Scriptures that testify about me,(H)
