Witness of the Scripture

^39 [a](A)You search the Scriptures because you think that in them you have eternal life; it is ^(B)these that testify about Me;

¹¹ Now these were more noble-minded than those in ^(A)Thessalonica, ^[a]for they received the word with ^[b]great eagerness, examining the Scriptures daily to see whether these things were so.
