John 5:7-9

7 The sick man answered Him, “Sir, I have no man to put me into the pool when (A)the water is stirred up, but while I am coming, another steps down before me.” 8 Jesus *said to him, “(B)Get up, pick up your pallet and walk.” 9 Immediately the man became well, and picked up his pallet and began to walk.
(C)Now it was the Sabbath on that day.

7 “Sir,” the invalid replied, “I have no one to help me into the pool when the water is stirred. While I am trying to get in, someone else goes down ahead of me.”
8 Then Jesus said to him, “Get up! Pick up your mat and walk.”(A) 9 At once the man was cured; he picked up his mat and walked.
