Dispute Over Who Jesus Is

²¹ Once more Jesus said to them, “I am going away, and you will look for me, and you will die^(A) in your sin. Where I go, you cannot come.”^(B)

²² This made the Jews ask, “Will he kill himself? Is that why he says, ‘Where I go, you cannot come’?”

² My Father’s house has many rooms; if that were not so, would I have told you that I am going there^(A) to prepare a place for you?

⁵ but now I am going to him who sent me.^(A) None of you asks me, ‘Where are you going?’^(B)
