John 9:33-35

Good News Translation

³³Unless this man came from God, he would not be able to do a thing.”

³⁴They answered, “You were born and brought up in sin—and you are trying to teach us?” And they expelled him from the synagogue.

³⁵When Jesus heard what had happened, he found the man and asked him, “Do you believe in the Son of Man?”

John 9:33-35

³³If this man were not from God,^(A) he could do nothing.”

³⁴To this they replied, “You were steeped in sin at birth;^(B) how dare you lecture us!” And they threw him out.^(C)

³⁵Jesus heard that they had thrown him out, and when he found him, he said, “Do you believe^(D) in the Son of Man?”^(E)
