38 (A)so that the word spoken by the prophet Isaiah might be fulfilled:
(B)“Lord, who has believed what he heard from us, and to whom has the arm of the Lord been revealed?”
16 But (A)they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Isaiah says, (B)“Lord, who has believed what he has heard from us?”
