Jesus Prays for His Disciples

⁶ “I have revealed your name^(A) to the people you gave me^(B) from the world.^(C) They were yours, you gave them to me,^(D) and they have kept your word.^(E)

²⁰ For if, having escaped the world’s impurity through the knowledge of the Lord^[a] and Savior Jesus Christ,^(A) they are again entangled in these things and defeated, the last state is worse for them than the first.^(B)
