17 As we obeyed Moses in all things, [a]so will we obey thee: only the Lord thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.
18 Whosoever shall rebel against thy commandment, and will not obey thy words in all that thou commandest him, let him be put to death: only be strong and of good courage.

17 Just as we fully obeyed Moses, so we will obey you.(A) Only may the Lord your God be with you as he was with Moses. 18 Whoever rebels against your word and does not obey(B) it, whatever you may command them, will be put to death. Only be strong and courageous!(C)”
