Joshua 10:3-5
Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

3 So Adoni-zedek king of Jerusalem sent to Hoham king of Hebron, to Piram king of Jarmuth, to Japhia king of Lachish, and to Debir king of Eglon, saying,

4 Come up to me and help me, and let us smite Gibeon, for it has made peace with Joshua and with the Israelites.

5 Then the five kings of the Amorites—the kings of Jerusalem, Hebron, Jarmuth, Lachish, and Eglon—gathered their forces and went up with all their armies and encamped before Gibeon to fight against it.

3 So Adoni-Zedek king of Jerusalem appealed to Hoham king of Hebron,(A) Piram king of Jarmuth,(B) Japhia king of Lachish(C) and Debir(D) king of Eglon.(E) 4 “Come up and help me attack Gibeon,” he said, “because it has made peace(F) with Joshua and the Israelites.”

5 Then the five kings(G) of the Amorites(H)—the kings of Jerusalem, Hebron, Jarmuth, Lachish and Eglon—joined forces. They moved up with all their troops and took up positions against Gibeon and attacked it.
