¹⁶ So Joshua took all that land, ^(A)the hill country and all the Negeb and ^(B)all the land of Goshen ^(C)and the lowland ^(D)and the Arabah ^(E)and the hill country of Israel and its lowland ^17 (F)from Mount Halak, which rises towards Seir, as far as ^(G)Baal-gad in the Valley of Lebanon below ^(H)Mount Hermon. And he captured ^(I)all their kings and struck them and put them to death. ¹⁸ Joshua made war for ^(J)a long time with all those kings.
