5 From the clans of the tribe of Ephraim, from the tribe of Dan, and from the half-tribe of Manasseh, the rest of the Kohathites obtained by lot ten cities.(A) 6 From the clans of the tribe of Issachar, from the tribe of Asher, from the tribe of Naphtali, and from the half-tribe of Manasseh, the Gershonites obtained by lot thirteen cities. 7 From the tribes of Reuben, Gad, and Zebulun, the clans of the Merarites obtained twelve cities.

5 The rest of Kohath’s descendants were allotted ten towns from the clans of the tribes of Ephraim, Dan and half of Manasseh.(A)
6 The descendants of Gershon(B) were allotted thirteen towns from the clans of the tribes of Issachar,(C) Asher,(D) Naphtali and the half-tribe of Manasseh in Bashan.
7 The descendants of Merari,(E) according to their clans, received twelve(F) towns from the tribes of Reuben, Gad and Zebulun.(G)
