¹⁵ And the commander of the Lord's army said to Joshua, ^(A)“Take off your sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy.” And Joshua did so.

¹² And you shall set limits for the people all around, saying, ‘Take care not to go up into the mountain or touch the edge of it. ^(A)Whoever touches the mountain shall be put to death.
