2 There was a certain man of Zorah, of the family of the Danites. His name was Manoah. His wife was not able to have children. 3 Then the angel of the Lord came to the woman and said to her, “See, you have not been able to have any children. But the Lord will make it possible for you to have a child and you will give birth to a son. 4 So be careful not to drink wine or strong drink. Do not eat anything that is unclean.

2 A certain man of Zorah,(A) named Manoah,(B) from the clan of the Danites,(C) had a wife who was childless,(D) unable to give birth. 3 The angel of the Lord(E) appeared to her(F) and said, “You are barren and childless, but you are going to become pregnant and give birth to a son.(G) 4 Now see to it that you drink no wine or other fermented drink(H) and that you do not eat anything unclean.(I)
