²⁴ Then the woman gave birth to a son and named him Samson; and the ^(A)child grew up and the Lord blessed him.

²⁶ Now the boy ^(A)Samuel ^[a]was growing in stature and in favor both with the Lord and with men.

¹⁹ Thus ^(A)Samuel grew and ^(B)the Lord was with him and ^(C)let none of his words ^[a]fail. ²⁰ All Israel ^(D)from Dan even to Beersheba knew that Samuel was confirmed as a prophet of the Lord. ²¹ And ^(E)the Lord appeared again at Shiloh, ^(F)because the Lord revealed Himself to Samuel at Shiloh by the word of the Lord.

^80 (A)And the child continued to grow and to become strong in spirit, and he lived in the deserts until the day of his public appearance to Israel.

^40 (A)The Child continued to grow and become strong, ^[a]increasing in wisdom; and the grace of God was upon Him.
