2 So the Lord sold them into the power of the Canaanite king, Jabin, who reigned in Hazor. The general of his army was Sisera, who lived in Harosheth-ha-goiim.(A) 3 (B)But the Israelites cried out to the Lord; for with his nine hundred iron chariots Jabin harshly oppressed the Israelites for twenty years.
4 At that time the prophet Deborah, wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel.

New International Version
2 So the Lord sold them(A) into the hands of Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor.(B) Sisera,(C) the commander of his army, was based in Harosheth Haggoyim. 3 Because he had nine hundred chariots fitted with iron(D) and had cruelly oppressed(E) the Israelites for twenty years, they cried to the Lord for help.
4 Now Deborah,(F) a prophet,(G) the wife of Lappidoth, was leading[a] Israel at that time.
