Judges 9:17-19
1599 Geneva Bible
17 (For my father fought for you, and [a]adventured his life, and delivered you out of the hands of Midian.
18 And ye are risen up against my father’s house this day, and have slain his children, about seventy persons upon one stone, and have made Abimelech, the son of his maidservant, king over the men of Shechem, because he is your brother.)
19 If ye then have dealt truly and purely with Jerubbaal, and with his house this day, then [b]rejoice ye with Abimelech, and let him rejoice with you.

Judges 9:17-19
New International Version
17 Remember that my father fought for you and risked(A) his life to rescue you from the hand of Midian. 18 But today you have revolted against my father’s family. You have murdered his seventy sons(B) on a single stone and have made Abimelek, the son of his female slave, king over the citizens of Shechem because he is related to you. 19 So have you acted honorably and in good faith toward Jerub-Baal and his family today?(C) If you have, may Abimelek be your joy, and may you be his, too!
