³¹ After him was ^(A)Shamgar the son of Anath, who killed six hundred men of the Philistines ^(B)with an ox goad; ^(C)and he also delivered ^(D)Israel.

¹⁵ He found a fresh jawbone of a donkey, reached out his hand and took it, and ^(A)killed a thousand men with it.

¹⁶ Among all this people were seven hundred select men who were ^(A)left-handed; every one could sling a stone at a hair’s breadth and not miss.
