13 From [a]the height He sent fire into my (A)bones,
And it dominated them.
He has spread a (B)net for my feet;
He has turned me back;

14 The (D)yoke of my wrongdoings is bound;
By His hand they are woven together.
They have (E)come upon my neck;
He has made my strength [c]fail.
The Lord (F)has handed me over
To those against whom I am not able to stand.
15 The (G)Lord has thrown away all my strong men
In my midst;
He has called an appointed [d]time against me
To crush my (H)young men;
The Lord has (I)trodden as in a wine press
The virgin daughter of Judah.
