Leviticus 3:3-4
New English Translation
3 Then the one presenting the offering[a] must present a gift to the Lord from the peace-offering sacrifice: He must remove the fat that covers the entrails and all the fat that surrounds the entrails,[b] 4 the two kidneys with the fat on their sinews, and the protruding lobe on the liver (which he is to remove along with the kidneys).[c]

3 From the fellowship offering you are to bring a food offering to the Lord: the internal organs(A) and all the fat(B) that is connected to them, 4 both kidneys(C) with the fat on them near the loins, and the long lobe of the liver, which you will remove with the kidneys.
