Leviticus 4:16-18

16 the anointed priest shall bring some of its blood into the tent of meeting, 17 and dipping his finger in the blood, he shall sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, toward the veil. 18 He shall also put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before the Lord in the tent of meeting. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar for burnt offerings which is at the entrance of the tent of meeting.

New International Version
16 Then the anointed priest is to take some of the bull’s blood(A) into the tent of meeting. 17 He shall dip his finger into the blood and sprinkle(B) it before the Lord(C) seven times in front of the curtain. 18 He is to put some of the blood(D) on the horns of the altar that is before the Lord(E) in the tent of meeting. The rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar(F) of burnt offering at the entrance to the tent of meeting.

16 And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the bullock's blood to the tabernacle of the congregation:
17 And the priest shall dip his finger in some of the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the Lord, even before the vail.
18 And he shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar which is before the Lord, that is in the tabernacle of the congregation, and shall pour out all the blood at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
