Leviticus 1:8-10

8 Then[a] Aaron’s sons, the priests, will arrange the pieces of meat,[b] the head, and the suet on the wood that is on the fire that is on the altar. 9 Then[c] he must wash its inner parts[d] and its lower leg bones with water, and the priest will turn into smoke the whole animal on the altar as a burnt offering by fire, as an appeasing fragrance for Yahweh.
10 “‘But if his offering is from the flock,[e] from the sheep or from the goats for a burnt offering, he must present[f] an unblemished[g] male.

Leviticus 1:8-10
New International Version
8 Then Aaron’s sons the priests shall arrange the pieces, including the head and the fat,(A) on the wood(B) that is burning on the altar. 9 You are to wash the internal organs and the legs with water,(C) and the priest is to burn all of it(D) on the altar.(E) It is a burnt offering,(F) a food offering,(G) an aroma pleasing to the Lord.(H)
10 “‘If the offering is a burnt offering from the flock, from either the sheep(I) or the goats,(J) you are to offer a male without defect.
