Moses (to Aaron): This is what the Eternal One was talking about when He said,

    By those authorized to come near,
        I will be treated as sacred.
    In the eyes of all the people,
        I will be honored.

Aaron remained silent.

Moses summoned Mishael and Elzaphan, the sons of Aaron’s uncle Uzziel.

Moses: Make your way forward. Gather the dead bodies of your relatives from the front of the sanctuary, and carry them outside the camp.

So Mishael and Elzaphan did as Moses instructed; they came forward, picked them up—while they were still wearing their priestly tunics—and carried them outside the camp.

Moses then said to Aaron, “This is what the Lord spoke of when he said:

“‘Among those who approach me(A)
    I will be proved holy;(B)
in the sight of all the people
    I will be honored.(C)’”

Aaron remained silent.

Moses summoned Mishael and Elzaphan,(D) sons of Aaron’s uncle Uzziel,(E) and said to them, “Come here; carry your cousins outside the camp,(F) away from the front of the sanctuary.(G) So they came and carried them, still in their tunics,(H) outside the camp, as Moses ordered.
