⁴⁰“A man who has lost his hair and is bald^(A) is clean.

⁴⁰And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.

⁴⁰“As for the man whose hair has fallen from his head, he is bald, but he is clean.

¹⁷Therefore the Lord will bring sores on the heads of the women of Zion;
the Lord will make their scalps bald.^(A)”

¹⁷Therefore the Lord will smite with a scab the crown of the head of the daughters of Zion, and the Lord will discover their secret parts.

The crown of the head of the daughters of Zion,
