Leviticus 14:31-33

31 even such as he is able to get, the one for a sin-offering, and the other for a burnt-offering, with the meal-offering: and the priest shall make atonement for him that is to be cleansed before Jehovah. 32 This is the law of him in whom is the plague of leprosy, who is not able to get that which pertaineth to his cleansing.
33 And Jehovah spake unto Moses and unto Aaron, saying,

31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering,(A) together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.(B)”
32 These are the regulations for anyone who has a defiling skin disease(C) and who cannot afford the regular offerings(D) for their cleansing.
