31 One of the pair is for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering, to be sacrificed along with the grain offering; and the priest shall make atonement for the man before the Lord.”
32 These, then, are the laws concerning those who are cleansed of leprosy but are not able to bring the sacrifices normally required for the ceremony of cleansing.

New International Version
31 one as a sin offering and the other as a burnt offering,(A) together with the grain offering. In this way the priest will make atonement before the Lord on behalf of the one to be cleansed.(B)”
32 These are the regulations for anyone who has a defiling skin disease(C) and who cannot afford the regular offerings(D) for their cleansing.
