²³ “Then Aaron is to go into the tent of meeting and take off the linen garments^(A) he put on before he entered the Most Holy Place, and he is to leave them there.^(B)

¹⁴ Once the priests enter the holy precincts, they are not to go into the outer court until they leave behind the garments^(A) in which they minister, for these are holy. They are to put on other clothes before they go near the places that are for the people.^(B)”

¹⁹ When they go out into the outer court where the people are, they are to take off the clothes they have been ministering in and are to leave them in the sacred rooms, and put on other clothes, so that the people are not consecrated^(A) through contact with their garments.^(B)
